As a communications consultant, she helps people identify, clarify, and articulate what they offer in meaningful and effective ways. With a master's in journalism, this award-winning, former TV news producer knows communications. Lisa has single-handedly kept her business card printer's children in braces by adding a steady stream of titles to her list of job skills, such as documentary maker, career counselor, volunteer coordinator, cat rescuer and business namer. Jennifer has written newsletters, press releases, articles, training manuals, speeches, brochures, ads, multimedia presentations, video scripts and, of course, Web site content. Her tenure as a communications manager for both public and private sectors gave Jennifer solid experience in communicating to diverse audiences, including legislators, the business community and the general public. She has written on a broad variety of topics including the arts, business and technology, and health and holistic medicine. Her print articles have appeared in numerous publications including Desktop Engineering, Northwest Business and Tech, and NASA Tech Briefs. Lucas has been working in interactive media for over a decade. Getting Web sites to function and display exactly as intended, across various platforms and Web browsers, is a highly specialized skill, one that Lucas excels in. Known for his concise, elegant code, artistic eye, attention to detail and “can-do” attitude, he has a passion for the combination of art and science that comprises his craft. A true innovator, many sites he has built have won awards and he is constantly discovering new tricks. Choi Soh has twelve years of experience as a graphic and user interface designer in multimedia companies from the United States and Singapore. Her projects include websites for Chase Manhattan Bank in New York, Union Bank of California in Los Angeles, Energuia in Spain, Greenpoint Mortgage and Six Flags in San Francisco, Seagate Intranet, Ascott International and Information Development Authority in Singapore. Choi holds a Master Degree in Design Research (Honours) from University of New South Wales, College of Fine Arts. Prior to that, she graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree majoring in Interactive Multimedia from Academy of Art University in San Francisco (1998) and Diploma in Visual Communication from Temasek Polytechnic in Singapore (1995). She is an award-winner for Young Designers Award and a Research Fellow at Lee Kong Chian Reference Library in Singapore. She is also a recipient of the Media Development Authority Synthesis Online Initiative grant in Singapore. Choi illustrates casually during her past time. Her illustrations and doll design are exhibited and featured in The Straits Time (Singapore), Home and Décor magazine (Singapore) and Zavtone magazine (Japan). |
